i'll take that to go

on the whole, i've found the coffee here in cambodia to be terrible.

however, all is not lost! cambodia has a wonderful tradition of drinking iced coffee with lots of sweetened condensed milk to mask the taste of the terrible coffee.

cambodia also lacks "to-go cups", so a "to-go coffee" here comes in a bag with a straw.

for the low price of $0.35 these treats are hard to resist!

That is so awesome! When I went to Africa, the majority of people brought their own bags of spice to add to their food at restaurants. Apparently, restaurants didn't make the food spicy enough, it was supposed to melt your eyebrows & shrivel your stomach lining in order to be good enough to eat without the extra spice. Would love to see you carring your mini to-go bag with the straw...lol!

Miss you guys much:)

That bag scares me.

yummy:) love the to-go bag, and iced-coffee is always worth risking rotting my teeth for its sweet life-giving nectar.

it looks like you could use one of those cup holder things invented for juice boxes, so that you won't squeeze your drink too hard. don't your hands get cold?

mmm! the sweetened condensed milk makes the iced coffee sound tasty.

you brought back (fond?) memories of drinking coca-cola from a bag with a straw in peru...
